COVID-19 Statement

Published:

We appreciate that we are living in uncertain times at the moment and many of you will have concerns regarding the impact of coronavirus on our everyday lives. We wanted to share an update on how Pro Coach is responding. The health and well-being of our community is always our number one priority, from our dedicated team of staff, to you, our valued customers.

In line with the ECB statement on recreational cricket (that can be found here) we have taken the decision to postpone all of our scheduled courses and 1:1 sessions as of Thursday 19th March. We were determined to stay open as long as possible, as we believe physical activity and sport can be a light to us all in the darkest of times. But we now feel it is our moral obligation to protect the health and well-being of our staff, customers and the public in general.

We will of course keep you updated as the situation develops. As it stands we are unsure how long the closure will last and will be monitoring the government and governing bodies guidelines closely over the coming weeks. We have all the best intentions in the world to still run the scheduled Easter courses, however we know this decision may be taken out of our hands and therefore commit to honour all bookings and transfer to the equivalent future courses should we not be able to run on this occasion.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for your continued support and understanding during these difficult times and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We wish everyone the best of luck in these uncharted times. Let’s all work to stay safe and healthy and look after each other like the cricket family always does best.
